Where we are at with food is where we are at with life. When we have a fear of food, a fear of fat, a fear of gaining weight, we have a fear of life…
We were not born this way. Food was our friend, not our enemy.
Along the way as we got older, we developed a skewed relationship with food, that sometimes even took complete control of our life, forcing us to play small.

The journey back to a healthy, nourishing relationship with food is an exciting one.
One that will allow us to fully participate in and enjoy life again. To live our fullest potential and show the world who we are at the core of our being. When we learn to embrace food, we will learn to embrace life.

I’m Paulien, a certified Mind Body Eating Coach, a Positive Intelligence Coach, and a Certified Life Coach.
