So what does work? Is there a magic trick? No, there isn’t. But having the body you want starts with loving the body you have, right now. You may have learned that willpower is the only way to reach the desired outcome, to restrict your food intake, to even punish yourself. That really is not necessary and not the way to go. Your body has a will of its own and all we need to do is to start listening to it, working with it, instead of against it. Self-attack is a habit, a repetitive process and the only way to break it is to listen and be kind to yourself.
I will teach you to slowly relax into your journey with food and the secrets of embodiment. Because only when we are truly in our bodies, really wanting to be here, in this body can we trust it to take us where we need to go.
